CVS Shopping 11/21/2011

So, I went to my local CVS store with a plan.  My plan was to buy $30 worth of products and to get in return a $10 dollar CVS gift card.  So here is my purchase that totalled $30 bucks but then I used my ECB's Extra Care Bucks) I got in my email to give me $5 dollars off my purchase.  So in total this transaction came out to $25 bucks.

Transaction #1 $25 dollars. Got back $10 CVS gift card!

Transaction #2  Colgate Optic White.  On sale 2/$6.00.  So I bought 4. Had (2) $1.00 coupons so they came out to $10.00 Used my $10 CVS Gift card that I got from Transaction #1. After paying I  got $6.00 ECB's (extra care bucks)........so these came out to $1.08 total  (paid tax only!)

Transaction #3 Used my $6.00 Extra Care Bucks from Transaction #2 that I got and purchased all of this.  Only pain $1.10 out of pocket!

Introduction

Hello Couponers!!  So, I started couponing not to long ago, I'll say since September 2011.  But I used to coupon before with my mom when I was a kid.  But then times changed and never got back into it.  But ever since I started watching Extreme Couponing, things got different now!!  I had forgotten how ridiculously the amount of money I can be saving!  What was I thinking?  So now, I'm back to the world of couponing.

I can call this a money saver hobby!  When people ask, what do you like to do?  I tell them, I love to bake, craft, scrapbooking, sew and I LOVE to Coupon!  So, I just want to say thank you for stopping by and I welcome you to my new Coupon Deals For Me Blog. It's a little blog I wanted to create and share the amazing deals that I think were a good buy to me. For some, these deals may not be necessarily awesome deals for you, so please give me credit that I'm at least trying.....lol!!  I won't be as amazing as those Extreme Couponers who haul a lot of stuff, which I think I wont become like them and give up my craft room for a room of grocery supplies.......lol!!

I'll be posting pictures of all buys that I think were good deals with my coupons.  If you are new to couponing like me we can help each other and give thoughts on how to better our deals.
